LDiction

LDiction is developed as free alternative to the most popular but payed (from several years) "SA Dictionary".
The main goal to LDiction is to be free and multi-platform, so it has versions for Windows and Linux.
The other main feature in LDiction is the possibility to use different language databases not only Bulgarian-English-Bulgarian (but this is the only solution for now).
LDiction Bulgarian-English-Bulgarian database is based on "KBE Dictionary" database (http://kbedic.sourceforge.net).
